Every time I have been in this shop the guys here have been nothing but helpful. Multiple employees here have taken quite a bit of time teaching me things from helping me understand how to mount my scope to my scout rifle to everything I needed to know about AR-15 while knowing I wasn't in there to buy a firearm. Anything they don't have in stock they will happily order for you to pick up. I will always come here and recommend this shop to everyone.
Walked into Dobransky the sales people looked at me as if I wasn't wanted. Being a senior black male i found this appalling. Was it racial profiling looked like it. I bought a Springfield XD cash not credit card three months earlier. Do you have to yell I'm safe. Never will i go into that business and tell everyone to stay away. I had a great experience at the shop. Everyone was friendly, knowledgeable and very patient. The young lady who actually helped me was extremely courteous, very understanding when I asked to see multiple handguns and never seemed irritated or annoyed with me. She was also very considerate of the fact that I use a cane to walk and kind to offer me a chair if I needed it to rest. I thoroughly enjoyed my experience with both staff and store.

You treated my girlfriend like a piece of crap, your customer service is very poor.... Youre in the wrong business if you think it's OK to treat CUSTOMERS like crap, that's not how you run a business.. you can pound salt, I will never step foot in your establishment again, and I will urge everyone I come across to do the same, that's a shame...you have a wonderful day
