Great service, very helpful trying to track this parcel, once they received it, they drove it out straight away, so a huge thankyou guys, great job
Great service from the truck driver David. I missed a bulky delivery and he left a voicemail, then parked his truck to take my call when I called back. Communication was solid throughout redelivery process so we could organise for someone to be available at the time.
After waiting for a parcel that was 3 weeks late I went to their depot to get it. I had no communication from them at all, not even to let me know they had my parcel, I had to track it down myself. The depot is a total mess, packages just piled every which way. I won't be shopping again with any company that uses them.
Lazy. Incompetent. Useless. You will be waiting weeks (at best) before anything arrives, if at all. For 3 weeks I followed up on an order only to go to their warehouse myself and find it. When I arrived, the "warehouse" was dirty, practically empty and the staff were sitting on milk crates having a cigarette. I asked about my goods, they gave me a vague answer, then I spotted the boxes 10 feet away next to one of the blokes on "smoko". Last two consignments not delivered. Apparently I signed for them, NOT. It’s a closed case, DXT can’t find any information. The driver can bin the packages and click delivered on their device and that’s it, done, case closed. Customer service is shocking, get more help from a dead horse. I’m still waiting, where are my items ??? Thanks for really stuffing up my scheduled handover date. Not Happy
