Lazy. Incompetent. Useless. You will be waiting weeks (at best) before anything arrives, if at all. For 3 weeks I followed up on an order only to go to their warehouse myself and find it. When I arrived, the "warehouse" was dirty, practically empty and the staff were sitting on milk crates having a cigarette. I asked about my goods, they gave me a vague answer, then I spotted the boxes 10 feet away next to one of the blokes on "smoko". Last two consignments not delivered. Apparently I signed for them, NOT. It’s a closed case, DXT can’t find any information. The driver can bin the packages and click delivered on their device and that’s it, done, case closed. Customer service is shocking, get more help from a dead horse. I’m still waiting, where are my items ??? Thanks for really stuffing up my scheduled handover date. Not Happy

Do not use this service. Cannot directly contact this company and still waiting on second part of my delivery that I’ve paid $500 delivery cost for. Getting different answers every time I ring up. So very angry! Won’t be using this contractor ever again !!!!!!!

My shipping was subcontracted to DXT. I received two items on the 8th but all were signed for. Called DXT customer service on Wednesday to see where the missing item was. The lady I spoke with became very aggressive when I said I was waiting on the item. She was of the assumption I was the company using DXT and not the receiver. They called me early yesterday and said it would be delivered today or Monday. I phoned again this morning as it’s a part I need and they assured me it would be delivered today.
