I have been seeing Dr. Dobkin for the past 15 years. Dr. Dobkin has a great deal of experience, is honest (nothing is sugar-coated), and has a very professional manner. His assistants and secretary have been with him for many years, so claims are handled in a timely fashion and the customer service is good. Dr. Dobkin does much of the cleaning on his own (I can't remember ever having a hygienist work on my teeth). Dr. Dobkin is a great doctor. He has a small practice, but is very interested in keeping clients happy. He lets his patients choose background music and has an amazing collection. He's got a great sense of humor, which is necessary for any doctor.
Dr. Bobkin did a great job for me. I hadn't had a cleaning for a few years, but he did not make me feel guilty about it or talk sternly to me about "the importance of good oral hygiene". He took care of business and made me feel comfortable while doing so. Great background music as well. Thanks, doc.
