The pitch: Dobinsons team of engineers spend hundreds of hours of testing and tuning blah blah blah... The reality: Thin coatings that allow corrosion to quickly win. Brittle powdercoating that completely flakes off leaving your springs naked. Mysterious shock noises that are deemed normal despite other brands not exhibiting anything similar. You can, and should, do better by choosing other options.

Excellent customer service from Dobinsons. They always reply fast and make sure the customer isn’t stressed. After a small miscommunication with my springs, they gave me free replacements and I only had to cover shipping costs. Andres was especially very helpful throughout the whole process. Amazing suspension quality on and off-road. Highly recommended.
My experience with Alejandro at Dobinsons USA was excellent. I had purchased the entire suspension for my truck, but the rear springs were out of stock and expected to arrive about a month later. When I went to pick up the other parts, Alejandro surprised me by already having everything sorted out. The springs had arrived earlier than expected and he had them ready for me.
