We used this company for our home inspection in the spring of 2020. At the advice of our realtor Chris Knight. Jim came out and seemed nice. Inspection was done multiple things were missed as we have come to find out. And one big one now that we are trying to sell our house now is that the foundation is failing and the foundation has not shifted or done anything for the time we have been in the house. Jim did a home inspection on my last 2 home purchases and did a fabulous job! His report helped me negotiate a new furnace on my first home purchase and was very thorough, responsive, professional and well priced. He even came back for free after we purchased our second home to answer some additional questions. I would highly recommend him to anyone doing a home inspection!
My husband and I bought a house in September 2016. Our realtor from Shorewest - Mequon office - recommended this company or "we could choose whoever we'd like." We now have regrets and would advise anyone not to go with who your realtor suggests. It COULD BE a "good old boy network." I'm not saying it is in our case. Jim provided a home inspection beyond expectations. Every contractor who has came by the house was amazed an inspector caught the issues or soon to be issues. Would recommend without hesitation!
