We were on vacation and had an issue with car. The owner of our Airbnb recommended this repair shop. I sent my son in law here to address the issue. It was simply a clamp that needed replacement and cost me very little! Any place, including at home, could have easily taken advantage of this issue, they did not! Thank you so much for being so honest and actually helping someone on vacation. I will never forget this honesty! Thank you so very much!
I was very disappointed with my experience at this repair shop. I’ve been around vehicles for many years, and I have never been charged $37.18 for a single spark plug. When I questioned the price, I was told it was a “premium “ spark plug and that it was like buying designer clothing. That explanation didn’t make sense to me and did nothing to justify the cost.
