We were on vacation and had an issue with car. The owner of our Airbnb recommended this repair shop. I sent my son in law here to address the issue. It was simply a clamp that needed replacement and cost me very little! Any place, including at home, could have easily taken advantage of this issue, they did not! Thank you so much for being so honest and actually helping someone on vacation. I will never forget this honesty! Thank you so very much!
I was very disappointed with my experience at this repair shop. I’ve been around vehicles for many years, and I have never been charged $37.18 for a single spark plug. When I questioned the price, I was told it was a “premium “ spark plug and that it was like buying designer clothing. That explanation didn’t make sense to me and did nothing to justify the cost. Brought an older car there (my son’s via my father, and it broke down while he was away) on a recommendation from someone who lives in Avalon. Repair was handled quickly and professionally and the price was very fair for the parts and work they had to do. I’d guess a percentage of people looking at this are away from home and stuck, so the best compliment I can give is that if this garage was where I lived I’d bring all my vehicles here all the time.
I own a '25 Jaguar and had a challenging issue that did not warrant a 2 hour drive to the nearest Jaguar dealer north of Philly. Through a reco from Honda I called these guys - they got me in the same day, was waiting for me when I arrived, and had the issue resolved in 5 minutes with friendly service.. in the week before the 4th of July! Thanks guys - one great experience!
I was on vacation when the check engine light came on. I had very limited time or options. Dobe's was willing to fit me in even though they were clearly very busy. Service was quick and professional. Price was reasonable.
