I appreciate the quickness of getting me in the morning my car battery died. I am disappointed in how they handled the pricing and explaining the prices to me. It was just played as “these car batteries are hard to get” rather than “we are going to charge you $95 to install it plus a miscellaneous fee of $45.” When I asked about getting a core credit for letting them keep the battery they told me yes they got it, but when reviewing the bill it definitely wasn’t added on.
