I hadn't driven my car in quite some time. It also is 15years old SUV with 70k miles, so I wanted a reasonable priced tire. I explained my situation with Brandy at Dobbs in Olivette. I have been taking my car to Dobbs for the past 10 years. Dobbs has always been fair and honest to me and will always do whatever they can to add any discounts or rebates possible. Brandon helped to facilitate a windshield replacement during my visit for inspections and the convenience was much appreciated.
I’ve been here too many times recently (because I have 2 old cars) and they’ve consistently been helpful, quick and courteous. Once was for expensive scheduled maintenance, but I paid much less than was quoted by the dealer. Another time was for them to fix something the dealer did poorly, which they did for very little cost. Highly recommend.
