I’ve gone to multiple Dobbs locations and the Overland location is, hands down, the BEST! Customer service, communication, cleanliness and more is always ON POINT!!! RUN RUN AWAY FROM HERE!!! We came in for a safety inspection for my car. We thought we liked the Overland, MO Dobbs from past experiences. But this was rotten how they treated us. We had also asked to have a new battery installed on the car. The employees at Dobbs did not tell us until after installing the new battery that a new battery will cause a "fail" on the safety inspection.
