It’s unfortunate how unprofessional the business aspect of this place is. Everyone loves it because it’s convenient however, the price you have to pay for the disrespectful customer service and lack of any competency when conducting business, it’ is definitely not worth it. This place is overpriced and based on the experience I just had with them. I will leave a review every day I think about how low grade their customer service is. And if Larry from rnr is a real person that’s crazy work.
RNR got me in same day and they were able to change two of my tires in an hour at a discounted rate. Shop was very clean and the two ladies working up front had great customer service!
