Got some rims delivered from Joplin to the page location, And these guys were shady. Mainly the guy Eric That's who you'll deal with was trying to beat me out of 1600 more dollars and try to redo a deal that was already made with the guy in Joplin. And while all I was there, it was another guy coming in complaining about how much money they took off of his card without his knowledge. Do not go to this location choose another location unless you want to get scammed.
Came in with my guy to get rims and tires and the man Eric was very unprofessional..He was trying to over charge us ($1,600) extra for the rims and tires that already had a set price and was delivered from Joplin...I would not go back there to do business and I recommend you don't either
Unless you owe them money, they will not return a phone call. I have called at least 4 times speaking with 3 different people. All of them told me that they would find out availability of a replacement wheel and call me back. No one has bothered to call back for over 3 weeks now. Luckily, I found the same wheel through Discount Tire for $200 less than what RnR quoted. Don't waste your time or money with RnR.
Horrible Horrible Horrible they repoed tires off a car that wasn’t even their tires smh the lady on the phone was unprofessional finally bought the tires back and didn’t even put them back on I will never get tires here again plus they do not last at all
