Tesson Ferry location has great customer service. Devon, CJ, and Bart have knowledge of cars and service. They strive for excellence and are continually receiving training from the company. My technician did a great job diagnosing a hard to find issue and reassured me during the process. I was offered a rental car to make my life easier while they worked out the issue and I was on the road again. Definitely will be back.
Devin the sales manager helped me with my Durango on nearly every visit. Him and the sales staff are really helpful. And never suggest anything more than what is necessary. They always take care of me.
Similar to what I have just read on the main Dobbs page, my daughter was treated so dishonestly when bringing her car in to be inspected which only worsened after having the repairs done elsewhere for 1/2 the cost you quoted her. Fortunately we found an honest company to give our business to.
Incredible crew. Each and every one of them was courteous and friendly and professional. Hats off to the leader of this center.
tt C dropped off my car on Friday at Dobbs in Fenton and they lost the paperwork and keys to my Dodge Durango. Called Saturday afternoon and they have no record of my car or the key that I handed them on Friday. So dropped off a spare set of keys and they fixed the car. Then I brought the vehicle home on Sunday, and this morning the Durango was gone.
