I took my car to Dobbs thinking I would just need a tire rotation. Wrong. There was other damage. In addition to 2 new front tires, I needed a repair that would take an estimated 5.5 hours of labor. $$$$$. I needed it fixed so I authorized the repair. I was then excited to receive a call telling me the repair only took slightly over one hour! I saved 4 hours worth of labor. This gave me the confidence to trust them 100% on future jobs. tt C dropped off my car on Friday at Dobbs in Fenton and they lost the paperwork and keys to my Dodge Durango. Called Saturday afternoon and they have no record of my car or the key that I handed them on Friday. So dropped off a spare set of keys and they fixed the car. Then I brought the vehicle home on Sunday, and this morning the Durango was gone. Sean and his team do an excellent job of assuring that your vehicle is serviced as promptly as staffing allows and that the transaction process is hassle free! They perform vehicle diagnostics quickly and their primary objective is to get you out of the center and back on the road ASAP. Thanks ya'll!
I have been going to this location for several years. I have a vehicle that seems to always have more than its share of issues. They have gone out of their way to help me! They have gotten me in in an emergency and gotten my service done as quickly as possible. I always feel like they are being honest. And they have been more than fair!!! The service is great and so are the employees!
I went to Dobbs after repeated trips to other places (for anonymity purposes, we'll call them Smirestone and Smar-X). They never found the cause of the issue for which I brought my vehicle in, and I felt unsafe driving it around town. The guys at Dobbs pin-pointed the issue within a couple of hours, provided me accurate and straight forward billing, and repaired my car the same day. If a 6th star was possible, they would deserve it.
Awesome service, super friendly and accommodating staff, affordable prices, same day repair...I'll definitely be back!

I brought my 2007 Chevy Suburban in for new tires and Devin was very helpful and insightful. I did my homework but I was corrected by Devin in what other dealers were selling and saying...it made my choice real easy. I picked out a nice Cooper tire, paid a great price and saved money. Sean the store manager gave me a ride home instead of waiting for the work to finish and I found him very easy to talk with on the way home.
