Fantastic store that goes above and beyond to help me get my truck running! Hats off to Store Manager Matt and Manager Tom who are always soo polite and help get in and out as quickly as possible.
I have been going to this Dobbs for over 2 years now. They are very friendly and professional. They do not try to take advantage of you with services that you may not need. Today as I came in for an oil change I did not realize that my coupon had expired. I asked Matt, the associate who helped me, about it and without hesitation he still accepted it, this made my day! This place is also very neat and clean with free wifi and coffee. You can definitely tell that the customer is their #1 priority!
Excellent service yesterday as we broke down on the way back to KC. Matt, Katie and the rest of the crew replaced the alternator in a timely fashion and at a fair price. They also gave our dogs the run of the shop! Please tell the Dobbs family that the next new location should be in Overland Park KS!
