They told me exactly what tasks they would perform as I sat in their comfortable waiting room. They had me approve/disapprove each item. They were very respectful and friendly also. This was my first trip to this location!

I just had my tire replaced here after having a blowout on 255. I woke the next morning to a flat! When the tire is brought back to Dobbs, I’m told that the rim was bent and was not going to hold pressure...WHY DIDN’T YOU BRING THAT TO OUR ATTENTION BEFORE YOU REPLACED THE TUBE??? You won’t even give a refund! So...now I’m stuck with a tire that’s no good for $160, a bill for a tow truck to take my car to the dealership, and the cost of yet another tire. Really?!?
