Don’t purchase tires here if you expect them to be covered under warranty because anything accidental is not and you may end up having to pay another $84 for a brand new tire ONE WEEK after already purchasing a brand new tire from them. A little ridiculous if you ask me! I won’t be returning as a customer.
I have taken my car to Dobbs 3 times now, spent over $2000 and it's still not fixed.
RecommendedI picked up a large screw in my front tire about 7pm last night. The Arnold Dobbs Tire & auto Was the closest location. My husband called and they were able to get my car in, even though they were booked up until close. They set it up so it could be repaired first thing this morning. They had it ready for ick up at 8 am.
Friendly staff and convenient location. They keep me updated on whatever I am having done to my vehicle. I will definitely be back for any of my auto or tire needs!
Friendly staff and quick service in an emergency
My husband was going out of town but his need oil change indicator came on. It was 7pm and I only had tonight to get it done. The Dobbs in Arnold was so great and said yes he would fit it in for me. I had called 5 other places and they all had said no. I would definitely recommend them!!!
Thank you Dobbs Tire & Auto Center in Arnold. You changed a module on my car 11 months ago and it needed to be replaced again. You honored the warranty that Dobbs provides as a guarantee and did not charge anything. Plus you gave me a ride home. Thank you again
Love Dobbs they are always trust worthy and get the job done in a timely matter. The staff is very helpful and informative. Thanks for always keeping my car safe for my kids and I!!!
