My wife’s cousin got his car stolen due to the incompetence of this store. Do Not patronize Dobbs!!!! Their work is horrible and the have no credibility.
Matt Crites dropped off my car on Friday at Dobbs in Fenton and they lost the paperwork and keys to my Dodge Durango. Called Saturday afternoon and they have no record of my car or the key that I handed them on Friday. So dropped off a spare set of keys and they fixed the car. Then I brought the vehicle home on Sunday, and this morning the Durango was gone. Lol these scan ass people locked my car inside of the store after I told them not to work on it
I went to the fenton location for my 60,000 mile recommended service on my car, I am 18 years old and on a tight budget. I was told by my extended coverage agent I did NOT need an alignment if it was not major. I told them I did NOT want it done unless absolutely needed because I need to get new tires in the spring anyways. He agreed. When the services were all said and done I asked if I needed it and he said it was slightly off so they went ahead and did it FOR $109.00!!!!!!
