Poor customer service
I'm so impressed with this dealership location! Rob, Chris, Katie & Jason are who I dealt with.. ALL of them were friendly, helpful, professional, & compassionate about my situation. They are a smaller Peterbilt shop without weekend hours, so that made repairs take longer than I'd have liked, but that is my only complaint. When working on the truck, the mechanics took care to be respectful of the interior. Also, these guys make a video of them informing you of what they did, show you the repair & explain it! Excellent service. I got there on a Thursday around noon with emissions issues. They got me in Friday morning and was done by 15:30 Friday afternoon. Very friendly and informative. They kept me well posted as to what was going on with my truck. Highly recommend this dealership. Will definitely go back if I have any issues in this area again.
Old school good service like all peterbilt use to be...hard to find these days.
