All vehicles sold at Dobbs are either salvage or flood cars. I'm a mechanic at Dobbs and disagree with their lack of ethics and shady business practices. The majority of the vehicles sold there are actually two halves of two different cars welded together in their body shop. All repairs done on the vehicles are done with used parts and we are encouraged to take short cuts rather than make proper, lasting repairs. I wouldnt recommend anyone to buy from this place. They are very unprofessional! When I bought my truck I was assured that everything was in working order and I could bring it back and they would fix any problems if I had any. I put a heafty down payment down on my truck and 2 days later my battery kept going dead. When I took it back, they told me they gave me a brand new battery. Not the case! NEVER buy a vehicle from this place. When I got my truck from here I was told that everything worked well and the car ran well. Well the car runs good NOW but when i got it a week later my husband had to buy a new tire because the one they had on the truck was "RIGGED" up with glue on a cut in the tire. Then we thought our fuel pump went out but when the machanic started working on it come to find out it was wires "RIGGED" up in the car that was affecting if the car would start.
