Our company has called numerous times to find out if they had a part available and the woman at the front counter always replies “let me check and I’ll call you back in 10 minutes”, the call back never comes. I’m surprised they’re still in business with her working there.

Called today looking for a part. First time I called I was put on hold. I was on hold for 5 minutes then they just hung up. Second time I called a man answered and after telling me they didn’t carry the part I needed and honestly sounding kind of rude while doing so. He proceeded to hang up on me. If this is how they treat people then I say they are not worth buying from or dealing with.
Very helpful & completed my needs within a few days. I'm very appreciative of my quick service !
