Good service and knowledgeable staff
Dobbs, formerly Nortrax, just fired their only usable employee in the parts department. For years Rick has been the only employee to find a part the first time at this location. To fire a 30 year member of the branch and strip him of his pension and accolades is an insult to the Orlando area. We will no longer be buying parts from this location, nor service. We wish the remainder of the parts department good luck with customer retention.
