The facility manager called me and offered to talk about my complaints. The end result is that nothing from the above was changed while I was staying there. The day I was supposed to leave (the one where I have to travel for 20+ hours), we were supposed to be checked out at 1000. The cleaning staff came by at 0800, loudly announced their presence, and tried to begin cleaning. They came by rooms multiple times to try and harry people out. Refrigerator was not clean, ice had started building up in the freezer and was brown. The ice also had started building up below in the Refrigerator. Mirrors were not clean, nor the beds. I was totally surprised and disgusted at the same time. It was like a dirty dorm.
Fantastic accommodations (better standards than most places) and outstanding service.
Gross, mold, rust, heat is on for no reason, and the sheets smell bad.
