I started visiting Dobbin Dental because of a friends referral, and it's close to where I live. The technicians were always kind and knowledgeable. The dentists seemed to always suggest that I have my childrens baby teeth filled, which I don't plan on doing. And one dentist even did my exam without gloves on, I didn't notice until he was done. I have been a patient at Dobbin Dental for over 25 years. Apparently that does not matter to them at all. What horrible customer service by their front desk staff and office manager. If you get any work done here, make sure they send a pre-treatment authorization through your insurance company, and that they dont just give you one of their estimates done in the office. I can understand that they can't give exact estimates, but expected that perhaps plus/minus 10 or 15%. They were off by over 70%!!! Thats over $700 in my case... read more
