Customer service is hands down the best we've ever experienced. Our server Abbie did a fantastic job. The entire staff is super friendly and they are super dog friendly with their patio seating. The owners also go above and beyond to make sure your experience is satisfying.
We stopped for a nice lunch on our way back from Sodus bay! The pickle chips are amazing! Loved the beef on weck and my husband enjoyed the cowboy burger and bbq wings! The patio outside has the perfect relaxing feel with great views of the lake over the golf course!
went with a party of 4. We ordered two sides of pickle chips which came in straws shapes. over-salted and disgusting for almost $10 each we all complained and they did nothing for us. Boneless chicken wings came also absolutely disgusting and we complained and they still did nothing for us even spoke to both owner. Todd who pushed it off to Mary, who blamed it on concert ppl- they did NOTHING to compensate us!!!A party 4 that will NEVER go back
Have been there a bunch of times and always had great meals. Tonight was the worst meal I have ever had there. I complained to 3 people, two of them being owners and was told tgey wanted to cater to concert people. I will never go back. Quality of food was AWFUL. Sorry to see that customers leaving happy is not a priority.
