I have never talked to more rude people on the phone in my life. I was calling to find out about a part. Giving the information my mechanic told me to ask. Evidently they could not figure out what the part was that I needed. The woman on the phone was very nasty to me she put the phone down and asked a man to talk to me, in turn he said "what do you expect me to do"? They basically hung up on me.
