Called because someone was sleeping outside with only their jacket in front of an old business building in -13 weather. Was put on hold for 40 minutes and as soon as I got through, they hung up on me. I called again and waited another 40 minutes with 2 ahead of me the entire time. I didn't even get a chance to talk to a representative about the issue.
Save your self a headache don't go to them for anything they don't care just for show
Cannot send anyone out to help in removing someone in a tent on our property. This tent has been here the entire weekend. Was told just a few minutes ago, that unless I know if the person is dead, they cannot send someone out to check on anyone because she cannot put her team in danger. So, am I supposed to put myself in danger checking on someone? Or find a dead body? Who the hell do I call for help with the HELP team doesn't help? Useless!!!!
