Doanburi exceeded our expectations. Every dish was incredible and the desserts were to die for. Our server Sai was very kind and knowledgeable about the food. Such a lovely night.
If you’re looking for top quality, this is it! ALL the sauces are made in house and the presentation was gorgeous. Our server, Natalie, provided a level of service that is rare: genuine care and knowledge of the menu. Beyond lucky that this is off the strip and on my side of town. Already looking forward to the next visit!

I don’t think you can go wrong with anything you order. It was an absolute delight. Practically everything —from even the soy sauce is— is house made. Also we were here close to closing and you can see they sanitize everything DEEPLY haha Thanks to our server Natalie for taking care of us! You were the sweetest and super knowledgeable.
I’ve been to sushi spots all over Japan and Las Vegas and far and wide. Doanburi on Rainbow is delivering some of the most exquisite sushi that I’ve ever had, anywhere.
