I hate giving bad reviews, but they stole my money. They came out to measure and give a quote to replace 50’ of sewer line, from the edge of the house to the street. It’s not even 50’. They said the boss would get back to me with the quote, which was like $70, and I had to pay it up front. They said to give them a few days because they were really busy. I contacted them the day after Christmas about a water pipe that was leaking under my home. They were the only people that I could get in contact with and they arrived within a couple of hours. They had the problem fixed very quickly and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend them to anyone and will definitely be using the again for any issues that I have. Thank you!!
THE ONLY REASON FOR THE 1-STAR IS FOR THE POLITENESS OF THE PEOPLE IN THE OFFICE IN THE BEGINNING. THEY WERE VERY RESPONSIVE IN THE BEGINNING WHEN I TOLD THEM I HAD A SEWER LINE BROKEN UNDER OUR HOME. THEY CAME OUT AND LOOKED AT IT AND TOLD ME IT WAS GOING TO BE A DAY JOB. I SAID IF YOU WOULD LET ME KNOW THE PRICE, WE NEED IT REPAIRED AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. THEIR REPLY WAS WE WILL GET BACK TO YOU SHORTLY WITH THE ESTIMATE. THAT WAS ON FRIDAY DEC 11 AT 9:30am.
