I don’t normally write reviews but I believe Dr. Doan truly deserves one. Dr. Doan is AMAZING and my husband and I truly love her!!!!!! I had 3 pregnancies... my first pregnancy in 2018 was a stillbirth which she had to deliver since she was the on call Dr the weekend I was admitted to the hospital. Since that experience I have stayed with her and she has helped me deliver 2 more beautiful children via c section. Dr. Doan is very personable and her bedside manners are great. Dr Doan is an incredible doctor. There is no one else I would trust!
Staff following Dr. Doan’s processes without respect for the patient. After years of patience with the staff and processes, I realized I was being treated poorly and it wasn’t worth the effort.
Dr. Doan was fantastic in the beginning. Very personable, and great bedside manner. I chose her specifically because she had been recommended to me as a doctor that was supportive of natural (vaginal) birth, which she was, but towards the end of my pregnancy seemed very dismissive of birth wishes I had. During my labor, she gave me an excruciatingly painful cervical check. Afterward she explained that she “stretched me”, which she did not ask my permission to do. I was blown away by my first appointment with Dr. Doan. She's extremely professional, personable, & knowledgable. She sat down with me to get to know me & hear about any concerns or questions I had before doing my pap-smear. In today's society where doctors often rush you without talking to you, Dr. Doan is one of a kind.
I thought it was pretty ridiculous and extremely unprofessional how I went in for a last, very necessary appointment and at the front desk it was mentioned to me how prior (due to my bad experience) I had left a one star review LOL I really thought it was a joke. Honestly probably the only doctors office that would ever do that. So PETTY. Some advice, instead of calling your patients out and being offended by their review, why not find a way to fix your terrible ugly service.
