DOA was hired to inspect the property we were purchasing. His report said "no termites present". One day after closing we found termites running around the middle of the house under the laminate flooring. The owner said he did not know there were 2 houses on the property. The listing showed 2 houses, and the houses are only 25 feet apart. Turns out both houses have termites.
