I was very impressed and understand why you have to wait months to see her as a new patient. I saw her for the first time and she reviewed my sleep study and other records that were performed at another office. We found that my new CPAP was not set properly by the prior office. She was well prepared and very thorough. A week later she called personally to see how her recommendations worked. This is rare these days.
Was offended and not even a patient, she asked me personal life questions and then castigated me for my life choices. it's very rude and unprofessional when you're not even a patient but merely someone driving a patient to their appointment. im in the middle of treatment for Smoking cessation and michelle made it a point to make me feel bad for it! She has been my doctor for years. She always explains things and options.
Dr. Zetoony and NP Jessica take time to listen to their patients, tend to their needs, and always give good feedback. Appointments are on time which is refreshing. Driving from Tampa to see them is worth it!!
Great service ...and results!!!! Sleeping better with a good understanding of "why" I wasn't sleeping well in the past. Dr Zetoony is wonderful! She and her team are excellent. DO Sleep Solutions has enhanced the quality of my life.
