Over the past 20 years, Do-rite has worked on every major appliance I own: dishwasher, oven, fridge, washer and dryer. Always punctual, can fix most anything at a fair price. He's the walking definition of laconic, but I don't need chit-chat! He is a gem.

I had a very good experience. He was prompt and to the point. Yes I agree with previous reviews that he's a man of few words but that's good. I didn't feel like I was getting an upsell. I felt like he addressed the problem directly and honestly. I wanted to post a review because I almost didn't call due to bad reviews from a few years ago, and that would have been a mistake. It's sad that people have nothing better to do than complain when hardworking people are just out trying to do their best.
