I normally don’t leave reviews, but I feel it’s important to warn others about my experience with Do-Right Rooter Company. In January/February of this year, my water heater froze. Do-Right came out, tried to defrost the pipes (unsuccessfully), and we ended up without water for days. Well they came out to follow up on a warranty call because basement flooded within the six month. But the technician told me it was nothing he could do because of the city shutting there doors to stop the flooding and the water went down. But maybe about 20 minutes later the water starting to come back up when you flushed the toilet or run kitchen water. He was polite and tried to explain. I called the company back to let know toilet was flooding and when u run the sink. No never called me back.

Juan provided excellent service. He throughly cleared out the blockage in my tub and gave suggestions to prevent in the future. He performed my annual catch basin clean out using the hydro jet. I recommend Do Right Rooter for any plumbing needs.
