At first there was some issues with the tech that came out to do the job, but when I contacted the office the owner David came on site and listened to the issues I had. He made sure to rectify the problem that I was having and made it very clear that the job would be completed that day. He made good on his word and gave me a couple extras. I would have given them 5 stars if I didn’t have the beginning issues.
Excellent Service – Fast, Friendly, and Efficient! I’m giving Do Right Plumbing 5 stars for their outstanding service! They arrived within 20 minutes of my call, and Johnny, the plumber, contacted me within two minutes to confirm he was on his way and ask about the issue. The customer service was top-notch. Johnny quickly diagnosed the problem, was incredibly friendly, and had our drain unclogged in no time. Highly recommend!
