My family came to this office with a recommendation from a friend because my mom got in a car accident. From the first step into the office and the last step out of the office, they were so helpful and thorough with everything. They were very informative and helpful with everything we were concerned about. Definitely the best in Orange County!
I have used THUY T. NGUYEN's service. I have to say I have never spoken to such an unprofessional lawyer. The first time we spoke to me as I need an explanation, she literally yelled at me, while I am the one paying her for the service. Thereafter, I did not speak to her as I was reluctant to even speak to her. I had my friend deal with her since the case was ongoing. Imagine that! You pay for a lawyer you cannot speak to.
Extremely incompetent I and my family hired them back in 2022. Just for me having to appear in court multiple mornings for no reason!!! sitting there for hours not allowed to speak. They have an older man Vietnamese he has a temper and has yelled at me the client even out loud "I DON'T CARE!!" to one named Kevin who doesn't even know when his fly is down.
