This is my third time working with do Phu and his team, however first time being a a direct client who resulted having an injury from a collision. I was involved in my first car accident, and I was unsure about what to do. I came here, and they were able to guide me through the process. They were very patient and very willing to explain everything to me. They fought hard for me. The whole legal process became a lot less stressful for me.
Do not recommend. Our case hasn’t had any updates and it’s almost a year. They never initiate to update until we contact and it’s always the waiting answer. I understand they are busy and have lots of cases, but at least showing respect to those who are waiting for the results. I do not understand whether they prefer higher paid cases that give them more benefits or other reasons. This is too much of a wait. It’s our bad luck to reach out.
