Rebecca Parsons (Bishop) was horrible. If I could give her a zero I would. In general she was prescriptive and did not listen. I went in for a trim and color to cover my grey. I had not been to a salon since the pandemic started. I would be much more upset about the 8 to 10 inches she cut off my hair if she had not died my light brown hair black! Black!
