Horrible customer service ever since they teamed up with uhaul. Took me 2 months to get online access to make payments. Then today I went to get into my unit and no one can tell me why there is a manager padlock on it left 2 messages and no call back I work almost every Saturday and went there this morning to get stuff that needed and was not able to. And when i call there is nothing they can do
This is one of the worst storages I have ever had to deal with. When you call customer service they are real nice trying to fix the problem and tell u management or owner will call you back. It took weeks for me to finally talk to someone. Due to a case of this virus I was out of town. They had sent an email saying I need to get caught up to avoid late charges and I'd been trying to get ahold of them long before that. Then when i finally do get a call back..mind you this was Dec.
