One limitation of Bora Care is that it must be applied to bare framing and sheathing so order well in advance... otherwise you run the risk of stalled projects or having to leave surfaces go untreated. I'm not blaming DIY for this incident below, this one is on the carrier. However, as the consumer, I am the one being ultimately inconvenienced.
