I have been doing business with them for over 20 years and I couldn't be happier. They look at bugs, identity them and Educate you on the products and the Correct application. This is not a box store but a small business with a great inventory. The owner will go way beyond good customer service.

Unbelievable! Call the store and put on hold with with the same message playing over and over with no one ever taking my call. I will just go somewhere else!
POOR SERVICE! I had been trying to call the store for 2 days and just keep getting a recording. Finally drove down there this morning, and parking lot was empty, no one in the store as I entered. A guy was in side with a cell phone ear piece in his ear and said what can I do for you? I was still on the automated hold service with the store as I walked in. These people are very nice and knowledgeable. I enjoy doing business with them. Its affordable too. Its cheaper for you to use the same products as the pros than to call them in to do the same thing you can do yourself. I recommend them to anyone.
