unpleasant owner I've been grooming my dogs here for more than 10 years. It was great when Carol and Ali were there, they were always so helpful. Then Carol left Ronnie and there was a noticeable change. Ali was all about grooming, which she is very good at, but not quite so helpful. Now that Ali left Ronnie, he has become more and more belligerent, acting like a spoiled teenager. appalled customer This USED to be one of Boise's hidden gems. NO MORE. I have frequented this business for years and have witnessed a very serious change in the way they do business. Specifically, one individual named Ronnie, who claims to be the proprietor of the establishment, is the most condescending, unprofessional, and out right rude person I have had the displeasure of meeting in some time. Could have been good, but The store is your basic dog washing place, no real complaints there. On the other hand, one of the guys that is frequently working seems to think that making snide comments about a persons dog is a good customer service strategy. Suggesting that I "control my dog" (who was behaving just fine) when I told him that my dog doesn't like blow dryers, is incredibly rude. I won't be back.
The Best Ever!! These guys are great! It was my first time grooming a dog ever. They were helpful in explaining everything to me and checked in on my frequently to keep me moving in the right direction. The tools were heavy duty and easy to use. I will definitely use them again!

The Best in Doggie Detailing The staff is extremely friendly and knowledgeable. They knew our Airedale Terrier by name and knew exactly what we wanted. If you didn't already know, they will groom your dog for you if need be. Our Terrier had never looked(or smelled) better than when he would walk out those doors. Great place to wash your dog Took my Staffie there to bathe him and found the staff to be super attentive, caring and knowledgeable about how to use the equipment. Everything you need to groom your pet is there, and for very reasonable prices. Highly recommend!
Idaho's Best! I have been taking my mastiff to Do it Yourself Doggie Detailing for almost 2 years now, and wouldn't dream of going elsewhere. The staff is unbelievable and the bath care products are top notch, I recommend this place to everyone!
