Excellent prices and professional customer service
I placed an order and delivery was on Sunday! Fantastic. I then had to return one of 3 toners as it was incorrect. That was when the trouble started and why I subsequently came here. Imagine how I felt reading the 2 reviews below. However, after a lot of perseverence and help fom Joseph at DoItWiser, I received the correct toner and was able to return the wrong one very simply. If anyone from D.I.W. is reading this, may I suggest you employ more staff.
NO tracking, NO response to emails, NO one to pickup telephones - voicemail full. Very poor experience. You have good reviews from 2014... what happened?
