Convenient and knowledgeable staff. Fast lines. Easy to find items, a large store but not too large. Much better than having to go to Lowes when you just need to pick something up quick. Besides we need to support our independent retailer before there all gone
Unbelievably rude employees! – I walked in an asked an older asian woman at the front register if they carried eye screws. Her response was "Huh?" I then began walking around the store in search of eye screws. I wandered aimlessly all over the store and not one employee asked if they could assist me. I started to ask an employee for assistance but a thin young blonde walked by him and he turned around and followed her walking away from me asking if she needed assistance.
