They are currently not doing roadside pick up during a pandemic they make customers come in the store to get a yard slip... I don't recommend them they're very rude as well . not very polite to their customers and I won't be returning to buy materials there.

Called this morning for some help with a home project. Needed a piece of 1-inch black pipe cut and threaded on two ends. More then willing to help; more than I can say about one of the local big box hardware chain stores. They also had all the fittings and items needed to complete the project. Definitely will be returning.
Professional, personable, courteous and timely! They do in 1 day what the big box chains said would take 3 weeks! Shop local!
If I could rate this place a zero I would. Customer service was terrible and no one knew how to explain anything. My boyfriend owns a construction business and, unfortunately, we will no longer be renting from the Horseheads do it center. I asked for a ditch-switch and was given a dingo with the attachment. I used it when it rained, but I have done this in the past with a normal piece of machine and it still moved the dirt. The dingo I rented did not. Friendly neighborhood hardware store. They did not have a particular item I needed for a flag pole, but they looked it up & ordered for me. Picked them up a day later. Great customer service & SHOP LOCAL!
