This guy came in at a time. I really needed it. About two months ago my basement flooded with 4 to 5 feet of raw sewage, which compromise my heating system to the point the furnace need to be replaced. After receiving an absurd quote from a local “major name” company, I decided to search for someone that is small business and local. After reading many wonderful reviews about Erik and his team, I decided to give them a call. He came out that very same day and was very straight forward and didn’t try and upsell me anything that wasn’t necessary. If you live in the Dayton/WPAFB area, I highly recommend these guys! Erik was at my house 45 minutes after I called, and had my problem diagnosed in under ten minutes. I had a cracked heat exchanger in my furnace, and I opted to replace the unit completely because of its age and the damage caused by a flame rollout.
