AC unit stopped working on a hot, in-the-90s June day. Called around at 8pm to about a dozen places and only got in touch with less than half but most were 3rd party scheduling companies. Erik actually answered the phone and said he could make it over in the morning. Next day, him and some of his team showed up pleasantly earlier than expected. Cut me a break on a new unit and lucked out to get bigger model for the same price. Answered any questions I had and had it installed and running by 2pm. I appreciate the service and ... read more
