My experience with Dr. Do was one of the most disappointing and frustrating medical encounters I've ever had. I made an appointment due to persistent, severely itchy spots on my face, accompanied by visible redness and inflammation.On the day of the appointment, I avoided all skincare products except for a basic moisturizer so nothing would interfere with Dr. Do's examination. Dr Do is extremely knowledgeable and thorough. She takes time to complete a full body skin screening unlike many physicians. She was able to find a melanoma so extremely early that is saved my husband's life.
Dr Do exhibits the highest levels of knowledge, kindness, and meticulous care. She goes above and beyond in her moment to moment communication. I wouldn't even think of going anywhere else.
I've had multiple medical office visits. Dr. Do's' is the best organized and most caring of any I've visited. Outstanding care.
I saw Dr. Do for a couple of issues by tele-medicine and in-person. While she is clearly competent and listens well to your complaints and issues, she did conduct a somewhat expensive procedure for a minor issue without first asking me explicitly if I wanted her to proceed. You need to be ready to speak up and make sure that what she's doing is absolutely necessary. In terms of medications, she was very helpful in lowering my prescription costs. Overall, I would recommend.
Felt like Dr. Do was focused on money, not patient care. Required 3 visits for the 3 health issues I wanted to address - would not even answer my Qs during the 1st appt. She wrote prescriptions for very expensive meds and when ins didn't cover she put the work on me to get them covered, knowing of course that ins was waiting for info from the Dr herself. She didn't indicate "generic OK" & caused me to make 4 trips to pharmacy over 10 days to get meds. Concerning connection w/ pharma cos.
