I’ve been using DNZ Auto (Engan) for about a decade. I was referred to him by a colleague years ago who had already been using him for well over a decade. As a woman, I find this shop incredibly trustworthy and comforting. I now drive my cars all the way from Ventura County because I know I’ll get a thorough inspection, an honest assessment, and a fair estimate every time. I recently had the transfer case on my 2004 BMW X3 replaced with a rebuilt unit at DNZ. The pricing was impressive—very close to the cost of a high-mileage used part. I appreciated their methodical approach; they followed the OBDII codes by attempting a fluid change first before moving to a full replacement. It has been six weeks and the car is running perfectly. Would like to take this moment To Thank Engin, Aaron and the rest of the crew. I Dropped off my 428i Over the weekend with a bunch of sensor lights on the dash and headlights not working, the guys took very good care of everything quickly and efficiently, will be bringing it back now to get some goodies installed that she’s running 100% again :) Would highly recommend these honest, hard-working guys! Came here based on the Yelp reviews looking to get my brake pads replaced on my Subaru. The guy (manager or owner I think) inspected it and gave me a good quote of $380 to replace. I was on the fence as I didn't really want to put any more money into a car I was going to be giving away, but my wife convinced me to, so I went back about two weeks later to get them replaced.
