I’ve been using DNZ Auto (Engan) for about a decade. I was referred to him by a colleague years ago who had already been using him for well over a decade. As a woman, I find this shop incredibly trustworthy and comforting. I now drive my cars all the way from Ventura County because I know I’ll get a thorough inspection, an honest assessment, and a fair estimate every time. I recently had the transfer case on my 2004 BMW X3 replaced with a rebuilt unit at DNZ. The pricing was impressive—very close to the cost of a high-mileage used part. I appreciated their methodical approach; they followed the OBDII codes by attempting a fluid change first before moving to a full replacement. It has been six weeks and the car is running perfectly.
