A truly exceptional practice. As a new patient, I received a surprising and delightful warm greeting from the staff and Dr. Tillis himself. I was assisted in going through the iPad check-in to make it easier. The office is impeccable and the X-ray equipment is digital. It's a friendly, very personal experience with no reason at all for anxiety that often accompanies seeing the dentist.
I am great full for the help I received on the very first visit! Everyone was kind and helpful especially the Dentist!
Dr.David is A wonderful and patient with me since i was in pain. Now i am very happy with the outcome of my tooth. Good job DNTL.
The people there are nice but the do not respect your appointment time. I found this place through my provider and decided to go because it is close to home. After I book my first appointment I was called about 5 times by a gentleman trying to get me to go earlier. I said I would go at my scheduled time. I went almost 3 times on this dentist and today as emergency they start reading the policy and force me to sign as they don’t take responsibility if the job is cheap on them side. They push me to accept implants as they looking to get more money but i didn’t accept. They come to me and saying your insurance is a co-pay and you have to pay almost 9000 dollars out of pocket even insurance cover around 2000 dollars.
