Late in the afternoon on a frigid Wednesday my tenant called to tell me that their heat wasn’t working and only blowing cold air. The tenants have a baby and the temperature was dropping to 12 degrees that night. I contacted a handyman friend but he was unable to fix the problem. Luckily he suggested Denis ar DNR services.
