This experience was 5 stars . Sprinter van service to/from airport. Easy scheduling. Responsive. Beautiful and clean Mercedes vans. My driver was kind and easy to correspond with and was 15 min early at least on each leg. Overall 5 star experience
The interior was dusty and there were old water bottles left in the back from a previous client.
The air conditioning was barely working, which made the long ride very uncomfortable for everyone.
They charged my credit card an extra $100 after the trip without any explanation or receipt.
The vehicle sent was not the model we booked; it was much older and had visible rust.
