DNL installed the garage door and opener on my new house. Upon moving in we found that the opener was only working intermittently, sometimes refusing to open, sometimes refusing to close. Spoke to DNL who wanted videos and descriptions of problem. Then everything started to work OK for the next few weeks and then it happened again.
