Absolutely horrible company. Would highly recommend avoiding this company. They said that I sent the wrong vin then for them to send me another map and it's still not applicable to my ecu smh. Now their saying since they " delivered my map" theirs no refund when in their contract this statement would be incorrect on their part considering I never received a functional tune to begin with.
Wow got this tune on my totally stock trident 660 and it has blown me away this is how the bike should have left the triumph factory and if it had have they would have sold 3 times the amount if your worried about spending the money dont be this will transform your bike to a whole new level
Just received a tune for my 2018 Tiger 1200 XCA. I chose to load the tune myself which was not as straight forward as one might think with the tune ECU app. Tune ECU app leaves much to be desired in terms of the user interface so be aware. Now that I fumbled my way through it I can do this easily in 1/4 the time. The big issue was finding where to pull in the DNK tune file, once found it was two a minute affair. BEAWARE of DNK best way to describe them crooks and con artists. There customer services is horrendous , Condescending and lack of knowledge of tuning. Be aware, this is not a professional company just a woman in her townhouse. I scheduled an appointment three weeks out and DNK canceled an hour before via email, stating “ we’d like to reschedule or cancel due to the weather… Our tuner would like to not do an onsite at this time due to other workload. Would you like to convert it to a mail-in?” It was lightly raining and I drove over 2 hours, DNK was aware of me traveling this long distance. I did not see the email until I arrived.
