Highly knowledgeable and skillful regarding the Triumph models I've mapped with them. They created maps for both my bikes. Greater power, power delivery and reduced popping. Tunes are especially noticeable on the 2016+ Triumphs with throttle by wire. Highly recommended.
Avoid DNK TuneWorks if you value your time and money. I purchased a custom tune for my Triumph Tiger Explorer. The file wouldn't flash. Instead of helping, customer service blamed my hardware. Following their official guidance and FAQ, I spent an additional £150 to buy the OBDLink MX+ adapter they recommended.When that didn't work, I did the diagnostics myself, pulled the ECU out, and provided them with exact part numbers, proving it was a blank factory replacement ECU (T1292333) with a null VIN. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!! RUN!!!!
Getting the “white glove” ecu flash treatment was easy, convenient, and fast. I got my ecu back in less than a week after sending it out. I have a 22’ street triple rs and can attest that it feels like a whole new bike! Only issue that came back with the ecu was the common but not so common check engine light, fuel light, and TSA light which was carefully explained in the faq’s section.
