Karen & her girls are FABULOUS. They were so kind to us even when it was my mistake on a time. we have purchased several dresses from here. They are always my go to place for any recommendations whether it is prom, hoco, nutcracker ball, symphony ball or even a tux rental. THEY ARE AMAZING
Lots of personal attention. Many, many choices!
Several of the sales ladies were friendly enough. One was so rude and treated us like we were stupid. No way I was going to drop $600 for a dress given that attitude. Not a lot of selection for smaller sizes either - but heaven forbid none of the dresses work and you have to pick out another one! You get eye rolls. They seemed so put out if we went to pick more dresses. I'm not some idiot - I know how to treat and how to dress my daughter - never step foot in here again.

the young lady with the eyebrows was very disrespectful and made the prom dress shopping experience for my sister absolutely horrible with her attitude. really need to work on the body shaming issue
