the young lady with the eyebrows was very disrespectful and made the prom dress shopping experience for my sister absolutely horrible with her attitude. really need to work on the body shaming issue
The size selection was good, most employees were helpful but one employee completely ruined the experience. When you’re buying a $600 plus gown you expect a luxury experience not an unprofessional employee treating you like you’re stupid. I was in the store for 20 minutes and multiple mistakes were made. 2 of another girls dresses were put with mine so I went back to verify which dresses were mine. We traveled to this store for a prom dress because of the variety of designers and number of in-store dresses in the size we needed (80+ dresses in a 0). It was THE best organized and run store. It was busy, but they had a system of holding dresses until a fitting room came open that worked. They had a staff that helped zip and adjust (when needed) every dress. If I could leave 0 stars I would. I came in to find my prom dress and felt like the lady was just rushing me out of the store. I am a smaller size but was told to not even try on dresses if they didn’t go past my hips, because they wouldn’t fit me. Which is not true as I mostly put these dresses on through the bottom instead of stepping into them and they fit fine. One dress I tried on was a 00 and I was able to zip it most of the way in the dressing room, however when I came out to ask the lady if she could just clip it she... read more
